Encompass provides each customer with a dedicated and qualified sales representative for ongoing involvement with each customer. Customer Service
Encompass’ customer service is provided by Centris Information Services. Centris has two integrated call centers, one located within the same building as Encompass in Longview, Texas, another in Monterrey, Mexico. They both offer multilingual agents and support 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
