Larry is responsible for the development and execution of the company's broad range strategic business plans and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company in the areas of finance, information technology, regulation, sales, marketing and customer service.

Previously, Larry served as President of Network Communications Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Network Operator Services whose offerings included a wide range of telecommunication and operator services. It was in this role that he first recognized the tremendous opportunities that were emerging in the prepaid telecommunications market for both the industry and consumers alike. This led to his pioneering role in the development and marketing of prepaid telecommunications services for both the Network family of companies and within the industry and the eventual formation of Encompass Communications.
